I have decided to choose yoga for my free inquiry project. My inquiry statement is how can doing yoga three times a week benefit your body and mind. I love yoga, it makes me feel calm and relaxed. I chose yoga because I would love to learn more. I have studied yoga on and off for the past few years and I hope through this assignment that I become stronger and more familiar with yoga poses and language. I also wish to become more flexible and focused on myself and my breathing, which is a very important part of yoga.
